HD offers powerful paddle pumps from Haarslev, specially designed for the transport of whole, chopped or cooked fish.

The pumps are robust, durable and particularly well-suited for transporting raw materials with low fluid volume and large particles. They deliver a constant pressure over long distances – up to 200 metres – without damaging the raw material.

Three sizes are available: HM25, HM35 and HM45, with a throughput ranging from 3 to 200 tonnes per hour, depending on the size and rotational speed. Despite their high capacity, the pumps are energy-efficient and more cost-effective to operate than conventional conveying systems.

HD also ensures reliable service, with regular stocking of key components and wear parts to reduce repair and downtime.

Milk coolers play a key role, as the milk must be continuously cooled before it is sent for further processing or packaging.

HD offers milk coolers from Haarslev in various sizes and specifications – both in stainless steel and black steel, according to the customer's needs and local conditions.

The capacity of the milk coolers ranges from 0.7 to 24 tonnes per hour, based on cooling from 90°C to 45°C at an ambient temperature of 30°C.

Screw conveyors are an important part of the conveying systems in fishmeal processing, where the reliable and consistent movement of raw material is crucial.

HD offers snails from Haarslev in a standard size range with screw diameters of 230, 300, 400, 500 and 600 mm. The augers are available in black steel, stainless steel, or a combination of the two, with the screw in black steel and the outer shell in stainless steel – all depending on the requirements and conditions of the application.

The quality of fishmeal is considerably dependent on effective and consistent drying. HD offers premium steam disc dryers from Haarslev which have proven to be extremely effective both as pre-dryers and final dryers in fishmeal production.

Haarslev's dish dryers are designed to operate at ambient air pressure, ensuring even and safe drying in demanding conditions. They are available with heating surfaces from 60 to 650 m², depending on production requirements.
