Condition Monitoring

HD provides advanced condition monitoring solutions that allow companies to proactively monitor equipment performance and take action before costly breakdowns occur. Our systems support industrial, marine and energy operations where uptime and reliability are essential.

Our portfolio ranges from standalone measurement devices to fully integrated, real-time IoT monitoring systems for vibration, temperature, acoustics, leak detection and electrical parameters. Beyond hardware supply, we offer service agreements covering installation, diagnostics and continuous data monitoring based on customer requirements.

Beyond supplying equipment, HD provides service agreements covering installation, data acquisition, analysis and continuous monitoring. Customers can choose to purchase standalone equipment or rely on HD to deliver and manage a full-service solution – entirely or in part.

High-frequency listening (Airborne & Structure-Borne Ultrasound) is a precise measurement method that detects high frequencies beyond the hearing range of the human ear. The method is particularly effective for detecting the earliest stages of faults in machinery and pressure systems – before they cause damage.

Sensors provide early indications of:

  • legibility (bearing defects)
  • Air leakage in pressurised systemsAir leaks)
  • cavitation in pumpscavitation detection)
  • Electrical discharge and emission in electrical equipment (electrical discharge / arcing)
  • Faults in end and steam systems (valve leakage)

The solution is particularly useful in noisy industrial environments where conventional measurements are difficult. High-frequency listening supports predictive maintenance (predictive maintenance) and reduces unexpected downtime (reduction of downtime).

HD offers both portable ultrasound equipment for routine measurements and solutions that can be integrated with continuous monitoring systems.

Electrical Signature Analysis (ESA) is a method that assesses the condition of motors and generators by analysing electrical signals and energy consumption. By measuring voltage and current, misalignments, imbalances and wear can be detected without attaching conventional vibration sensors to the equipment.

The method is particularly well-suited for equipment that is difficult to access or where it is undesirable to halt operations. Electrochemical analysis supports preventive maintenance (predictive maintenance) and improves energy efficiency (energy optimisationThe equipment is simple to use and provides valuable insight into energy usage and the operational status of the equipment.

Electrolysis provides early indications of:

  • Imbalance (imbalance)
  • Misalignment (misalignment)
  • Legibility (bearing faults)
  • Rotor and stator faults (rotor/stator defects)
  • Increased energy waste (energy inefficiency)

In addition to electrolysis equipment, HD also offers installation, monitoring and data analysis services.

HD offers a range of specialised sensors suitable for various methods of machinery condition monitoring – from simple spot checks to smart IoT monitoring in real time. Whether you are looking for solutions for vibration, temperature, sound, air leaks, electrical signals or displacement, we have sensors to suit your operational and measurement requirements.

Our sensors are used for a variety of purposes, including:
Vibration analysis (vibration sensors)
Temperature measurements and heat generation (infrared/thermal)
High-Frequency Monitoring (ultrasound sensors)
Electronic signal analysis (electrical signature analysis)
– Fixed systems and portable solutions for Constant monitoring

Online Condition Monitoring Systems continuously collect data in real time and automatically analyse for anomalies. Sensors are permanently installed and send measurement data to a monitoring system that tracks trends over time.Trend monitoring) and detects changes before they develop into faults.

This solution is particularly suitable for equipment that must not stop and where downtime has a significant impact on operations, for example:

  • Production lines
  • Ships and fisheries
  • Energy production
  • Oil and industrial equipment

Key benefits of continuous monitoring:

  • Reduced downtime
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Data-driven decisions
  • Better operational security

Data is accessible in a browser and on smart devices, and the system can be connected to AI software for detailed analysis and regular reports.

HD offers both the sale of continuous monitoring systems and complete solutions, including installation and analysis as part of a service contract.

Vibration analysis is one of the most effective methods for assessing the condition of machinery. By analysing the frequency pattern (FFT spectrum analysis) Data from the meters is processed in specialised software where frequencies can be compared and anomalies that indicate faults, such as in bearings, shafts or the gearbox, can be analysed.

This method makes it possible to detect faults at an early stage and take action before they develop into failures.

HD offers both portable vibration analysers for routine inspections and advanced equipment for detailed frequency analysis and long-term monitoring. The solutions are suitable for maintenance teams who want to make informed decisions based on measurable and traceable data.

In addition to selling equipment, HD offers installation, data processing and regular monitoring as part of a service contract for those who want a comprehensive solution.
