The transfer of fish from one device to another requires smooth and unerupted flow. For this kind og transport of fish, whole, chopped and/or cooked, HD can provide 3 types of lamella pumps from Haarslev. HM25, HM35 and HM45. Performance depends on the size and rotation speed ranging from 3 – 200 T/h.

To resize the fish, the material needs to be chopped or mashed, and to do so HD can now offer a wide line of crushers from Haarslev. Everything from small crushing machines to larger double axel crushers.
HD offers meal coolers form Haarslev in several sizes. Coolers are made from stainless steel as well as carbon steel. The capacity of the meal coolers ranges from 0,7 – 24 T/h based on cooling from 90°C to 45°C, at ambient temperatures at 30°C.
In order to separate a large part of the liquid from the cooked fish, presses are an important part. Presses from Haarslev are both conical and biconical. At HD, presses in several shapes and sizes are available from Haarslev. The performance of twin-screw presses ranges from 2,5T/h to 60 T/h.

The quality of fish meal is considerably dependent on the drying method of the meal. HD can offer premium steam disc dryers manufactured by Haarslev that have given extremely good results, both as a pre-dryer as well as a complete dryer. Disc dryers are produced to work below atmospheric pressure or to dry at atmospheric pressure. Disk dryers from Haarslev come with a heating surface from 60 to 650 m2.
