HD has received recognition from HR Monitor as one of the leading Icelandic companies to meet the strict criteria for the title of People-Centric Company 2025.
This is not the first time HD has received this recognition, as the company has received it in recent years, reflecting a consistent and targeted focus on its people and job satisfaction.
To receive this certification, a company must conduct HR measurements among all employees every quarter, over a 12-month period. Employees must then be regularly informed of the survey results and the company's performance, in addition to managers being provided with an overview of the performance of individual areas, departments and teams.
In doing so, HD demonstrates in practice that the company's human capital is of great importance, and that continuous follow-up and dialogue with employees is a vital part of the company's development.
